A typical breakfast item, Dosas are perhaps one of the most savoured South Indian dishes. Now you don't have to go through the cumbersome process of preparing Dosa batter. With Aashirvaad Rice Dosa Mix you can prepare crispy, smooth and authentic Dosas in a jiffy.

Direction to use Aashirvaad Rice Dosa Instant Mix :

Uniformly mix contents of this pack with 400ml water.

Allow the batter to stand for 5 mins.

Heat the tava. Sprinkle some salt. Brush off the salt after 2-3 mins.

Spread one small cup of batter on the heated tava. Add a spoonful of ghee or oil on and around the spread batter. Fry on low flame till golden brown.

Once removed, rub the tava gently with damp cloth, to cool the surface. Repeat steps 4 & 5 with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with chutney. This pack makes 8 Dosas.
