Aashirvaad Rasam Powder :
Aashirvaad Rasam Powder
Add tamarind/tamarind paste to 1 litre water
Boil and keep aside
In a saucepan, fry red chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil
To this add 1 tablespoon (12g) of Aashirvaad Rasam Powder and mix the tamarind solution
Add salt and sugar to taste
Boil for about 5 minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander
Serve hot
