How-to-Use: For the Turmeric Blend with Aromatic Spices: Add 150-200 ml of milk to a pan and bring it to a boil. Stir in ½ teaspoon of the turmeric blend and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add rock sugar (mishri) as per taste. Consume hot, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime with ghee for better sleep. For the Tulasi Turmeric Blend: Mix 1 teaspoon of the blend into 5 liters of drinking water. Adults and children aged 12+ should consume 1 liter daily. Children aged 5-12 should drink ½ liter daily. Store in non-plastic containers for the best results. Note: Follow the recommended usage or consult your doctor for personalized advice. Avoid exceeding the daily recommended quantity.
